Are you unhappy with your recent order? Did the product get damaged or incorrectly sent? Please notify us within 14 days of posting product/s. Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and details of the product you want to return, so that we can look into it.
Unfortunately, we do not offer credits or refund for unwanted merchandise, change of mind or spelling/design error/s made by the customer.
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
We will issue credit to your account or PayPal in Australian Dollars.
Once we have confirmed your order and information we will send you the return postage details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as we can only refund the purchase price of the item(s) we are refunding.
Before you return products to us, please ensure the postal address is correct, as we can not be held responsible for item(s) sent to an incorrect address.
